THIS POSITION IS OPEN TO CURRENT OKDHS EMPLOYEES ONLY.This position is located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.Programs AdministratorE11E Annual Salary $77,016.31 + Full State Employee BenefitsMinimum QualificationsMaster’s degree and four years of professional experience.OR a Bachelor’s degree and five years of professional experience.OR an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting one year of professional level experience for each year of the required education.Preference StatementPreference may be given to applicants with previous experience with state and federal contracts, budgets, and programs.Job DutiesThe Program Administrator will oversee and manage the Food Distribution Programs and School Nutrition Programs.  This includes the administration of four federal food programs through handling daily operations, budgets, compliance, staff coordination, data reporting, developing grants and contracts, monitoring procurement, and ensuring services meet state/federal guidelines.  Program Oversight and management: Manages the day-to-day operations including administrative and warehouse responsibilities, strategic planning, contracting, funding, inventory control, and implementation of programs with supervision of 3 program managers.  Compliance: Ensures adherence to state and federal laws and policy guidelines; interprets government regulations and drafting policies to ensure program activities adhere to legal standardsBudget & Resources: Manages program funding, resource allocation, and tracks expenditures.
