In this role, you’ll: · Provide reliable administrative and coordination support across product and initiative activities. · Assist with planning schedules, milestones and priorities, while tracking progress against agreed time, cost and resource requirements. · Collate data, analysis and information to support planning, status reporting and informed decision-making. · Prepare clear reports, presentation materials, meeting papers, minutes and action updates. · Maintain accurate records and document repositories, including version control and archiving, in line with governance requirements. · Coordinate stakeholder meetings and follow-up activities to keep actions progressing. · Identify and record risks, issues and dependencies, contributing to practical mitigation and escalation where required. · Suggest improvements to support processes, tools and templates to strengthen consistency and efficiency. About you: · Foundational project support experience, including scheduling, meeting coordination, action and issue tracking, and preparation of reports or project packs. · Confidence using Excel for tasks such as lookups, pivot tables and charts, along with simple reporting tools to organise and present information. · Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to turn complex or technical information into clear summaries for different audiences. · A collaborative and customer-focused approach, with the ability to build effective working relationships across teams and stakeholder groups. · Excellent organisation and attention to detail when balancing competing priorities and deadlines. · Understanding of records management, privacy and compliance requirements, including document standards, version control and secure information handling. · Practical problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying risks, resolving issues and improving ways of working. · Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline, or equivalent experience.
