Job Description Aramark Canada is seeking an IT Field Services Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of technology projects across our diverse portfolio of client locations. This role will coordinate technology deployments, system upgrades, hardware refreshes, and operational initiatives while serving as a key liaison between field teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and clients. The successful candidate will be highly organized, customer-focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Experience supporting POS, infrastructure, and field technology deployments is considered an asset. Job Responsibilities Project Coordination and Execution Coordinate the planning and execution of technology projects, including POS implementations, infrastructure upgrades, hardware refreshes, new account openings, and decommissioning activities. Create and maintain project schedules, task lists, action logs, and status reports. Track project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues, escalating concerns when necessary. Support project managers and field services leadership in maintaining project governance and documentation. Assist with go-live planning, stabilization activities, and post-implementation follow-up. Stakeholder and Vendor Management Serve as a key point of contact between Operations, clients, vendors, and IT teams. Coordinate meetings, project communications, and project status updates. Follow up with vendors and internal support teams to ensure issues are resolved and commitments are met. Support procurement activities, including purchase order tracking and equipment coordination. Reporting and Administration Maintain accurate project records, documentation, and reporting dashboards. Prepare project status reports for leadership and stakeholders. Support budgeting activities by tracking project expenditures, hardware purchases, and vendor invoices. Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to operational efficiencies within the Field Services team. Working Conditions Hybrid/remote environment with occasional support for after-hours deployments when required. Qualifications College diploma or university degree in Information Technology, Business, Project Management, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination, technology deployment, field services, or IT operations. Experience supporting multi-site technology projects and working with vendors, service providers, and cross-functional business teams. Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook. Experience using project management and ticketing tools, creating reports, maintaining project documentation, and analyzing project data. Experience with POS systems, endpoint devices, networking, or infrastructure projects is considered an asset. Required: Bilingual proficiency in English and French.
