Project Manager

This position is based at our offices in Ostrava–Hrabová and is part of an international team. The role cannot be performed remotely. On-site presence is required; after onboarding, home office can be used up to two days per week. Your key responsibilities: Coordinate development projects in line with the applicable project process, from project launch through industrialization and preparation for serial production. Support the project team in achieving agreed targets for timing, budget and quality. Coordinate project activities with colleagues from R&D, manufacturing, production, quality, logistics and other relevant functions. Maintain project plans, milestones, status reports and project documentation. Track project progress, costs and risks, and raise potential issues or deviations in a timely manner. Support change management and the implementation of corrective and improvement measures. Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders on project topics. Contribute to project profitability through effective planning, monitoring and follow-up. Travel internationally few times per year to visit customers or suppliers. Your qualifications: Ideally, a university degree in engineering, project management, business or a related field. At least 3 years of project management experience in an industrial environment. Experience with development projects is preferred; automotive experience is an advantage, but not essential. Experience coordinating project teams and working with different functions or stakeholders. Experience in customer communication and an understanding of project costs and profitability. Fluent English; German is an advantage. Czech is not required, but is an advantage. Confident user of MS Office, particularly Excel for reporting, and MS Project or a comparable project planning tool. Valid driving licence and willingness to travel internationally.
