The ideal candidate will coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and on-site teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within quality standards, and aligned with the approved design vision. This role requires someone comfortable working on-site, managing multiple responsibilities, and thriving in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Manage the complete lifecycle of interior projects from planning to execution Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site execution teams Monitor project timelines, quality standards, and site progress Share regular project updates and progress reports with clients Ensure smooth on-site execution as per approved design plans Handle day-to-day site operations and resolve execution challenges Maintain effective communication between all stakeholders involved in the project Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in Interior Design or Construction Project Management Strong communication and team coordination skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Willingness to work on-site and travel for project execution when required Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail Working Hours Monday to Saturday 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Additional Information Travel expenses during working hours for project-related work will be covered by the company.
