Project Manager – New Product Development

Location: Remote Employment Type: Contract (1099) Duration: Initial 90–120 day engagement with the potential for full-time employment based on performance and business needs. We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the execution of a major new product initiative from planning through launch. This role will serve as the operational leader for the project, coordinating work across Product, Engineering, Design, Curriculum, Assessment, AI, Customer Success, and other stakeholders to ensure the product is delivered successfully. The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicates exceptionally well, takes ownership of outcomes, and enjoys solving problems before they become roadblocks. Beyond managing timelines, this person will develop a deep understanding of the product, customers, and business objectives, making them a trusted partner throughout the development process. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building new products and is interested in expanding their responsibilities over time as the business grows.
