Execute & deploy ME Project Management Strategy Apply ME Standards (process, method, tools) and shape BU specific PM Implement consequent Project Portfolio Management consistent with ME Strategy Ensure & track maintenance and quality of project data , required e.g. for portfolio management, success critical PM KPI’s (e.g. PM Maturity, Budget adhearance) Ensure proper organization of Steering/Review Committees 1 of all Projects in BU / Plant and support with relevant PM data Coach and support Non-PEP/PEP Projects and PEP-Operations in BU / Plant Actively collect feedback from Projects to contribute to further improvement of BBM PM framework and PM excellence at BBM Consult Project Managers development of PM employees, get support by ME/PMO if required Moderation of Project workshops , e.g. Kick-Off, Lessons Learned Represent BU / Plant perspective w.r.t. in ME Project Management network Receive PMO targets by ME/PMO enriched with BU/Plant business needs . Work experience in project management, strong organization and project coordination skills; Experienced and willing to work in an international environment Strategic view and interest in newest technologies and trends Reliable, accurate, team oriented, able to work under time pressure and with strict deadlines Decision making and good team work abilities Strong problem-solving skills Structured and analytical approach Efficient work style and good communication skills Self-organized and able to estimate, prioritize and schedule own tasks Target, process and quality orientation Excellent presentation and communication skills Ability to negotiate and cooperate with highest level representatives Ability to present achievements and challenges to management High commitment to the company, factory and department goals Advanced English level Experience: At least 3-5 years project experience as project manger of C/D-category projects or team/group leader in SubDomain area About Bosch Cluj Plant For over a decade, the Bosch Cluj Plant has become a strategic hub for innovation and production, making a significant impact on the technological landscape in Romania.
