Analyse chinese market potentials for motors / sub components / supply chain matching eLION requirements Evaluate and promote potentials towards project team Establish supplier relationships, drive technical discussions / SQP Analyse manufacturing costs / benchmarking / deep understanding of related manufacturing processes Develop and implement comprehensive project plans for medium complexity programs, ensuring effective cross-functional collaboration. Identify, quantify, and manage risks and opportunities, implementing mitigation strategies Establish strong relationships with stakeholders and suppliers, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project objectives (PUR, PUQ, PUE-Brk, DE Team / plant functions,…) Solid background in project management or related fields, showcasing a proven history of successful project delivery Work style must be self motivated / self driven w/o on site daily functional leadership Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication / EN skills and interpersonal skills.
