Job description

We're looking for a Purchasing Administrator to join our Merchandise team at our Support Centre in Noble Park. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has exceptional attention to detail and takes pride in keeping things organised. What you'll be doing Creating, amending and managing purchase orders. Monitoring supplier orders and following up delivery timeframes. Liaising with suppliers, stores, our warehouse and internal teams to resolve order enquiries. Assisting with customer product availability and special order requests. Managing reports relating to cancelled, excess and discontinued stock. Resolving pricing, delivery and order discrepancies. Providing administrative support to the Merchandise team during busy periods. Previous administration experience, ideally within purchasing, supply chain or retail. Strong organisational and time management skills. Exceptional attention to detail. Confident written and verbal communication skills. The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. A collaborative approach and willingness to support your team.
