Learn more: jti.com Location: Taguig City, Philippines Professional Area: Purchase to Pay Contract Type: Permanent Professional Level: Experienced Reporting to: Purchasing Operations Team Lead Purchasing Operations Specialist The Purchasing Operations Specialist plays an important role in ensuring the smooth delivery of purchasing and procurement services for JTI markets and factories. Working closely with internal stakeholders across the business, the role supports end-to-end purchasing activities, helps maintain efficient operations, and ensures compliance with company policies and processes. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, solving problems, and collaborating with teams across different functions and geographies. As a Purchasing Operations Specialist in the area of Purchase to Pay , you will: Support end-to-end purchasing activities, including purchase order creation, maintenance, and validation, while ensuring timely and accurate processing. Assist stakeholders with procurement-related requests and inquiries, providing guidance on purchasing processes, systems, and policies. Monitor purchasing transactions, identify issues, and work with relevant teams to resolve them efficiently and accurately. Support invoice and goods receipt processes, vendor-related activities, and other operational tasks within the Purchase-to-Pay cycle. Help ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and operational standards while maintaining accurate documentation and records. Contribute to process improvements, automation initiatives, and projects aimed at enhancing service quality and operational efficiency. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement operations, finance, shared services, or a similar role. Understanding of Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) processes and procurement operations. Experience using SAP or other ERP systems, along with good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Good English communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders in a diverse, international environment. What to Expect?
