Quality Assurance Analyst LOCATION: Dammam - Eastern Province - Saudi Arabia DEPARTMENT: INDUSTRIAL OPERATIONS HR CONTACT: Cely Varela QUALITY ASSURANCE ANALYST Purpose • Coordinates and supervises the execution of regional / local internal and external quality audits to determine whether the Quality Management System conforms to the applicable requirements and is effectively implemented and maintained. Main Responsibilities • Develops a Quality Audit program for all regional Processes. • Plans and conducts regional / local internal and supplier quality audits according to established requirements. • Supports regional / local Quality Area when receiving Third Pary Audits. • Acts as Event Manager for Internal and Supplier Quality Audits Events • Prepares necessary reports on regional / local audit activities. • Coaches, qualifies and assesses regional / local quality auditors according to established requirements. • Analyses the Quality Audit Program results and recommends actions and improvement plans. • Complies with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility. • Proactively motivates, coaches, communicates with and develops his/her staff and manages HR related activities in line with Human Resources norms and procedures. Protects from damage, theft or misuse the facilities, equipment and other physical resources assigned to his/her area.
