In this role, you will inspect and test incoming materials and in-process and finished parts to ensure compliance with our high standards and customer requirements. You'll work closely with production teams and play a critical part in identifying and stopping non-conforming products.This position will work from 1:30 pm - 10:00 pm to support the 2nd shift. Key Responsibilities:Inspect raw materials, in-process products, and final assemblies per control plansPerform measurements using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and advanced equipment (CMM)Maintain accurate inspection records and quality logsCommunicate effectively with operators and supervisors to ensure quality standards are metDocument and report any non-conformances and take appropriate corrective actionEnsure cleanliness and order in QC areasExercise authority to stop production when necessary to maintain qualityWhat You Bring:High school diploma or equivalent2–5 years of quality inspection experience in a metal stamping or machining environmentProficiency in using precision measuring tools and equipmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityReliable, proactive, and collaborative approachJoin a company that values integrity, precision, and teamwork.
