Quantity Surveyor . πŸ“‹ Role Details 🎯 Job title: Quantity Surveyor πŸ“ Location: Warrington – 3 days a week ⏰ Hours: 37 hours πŸ”‘ Key Responsibilities πŸ“‘ Contract Administration for existing contracts, including performing, issuing or managing as required by the Commercial Manager: πŸ’¬ Provide commercial advice to the Contract Leads πŸ“… Ensure all contract timescales are being met by the project team (management of CEMAR) πŸ’· Applications for payments πŸ“¨ General communications under the contract πŸ“Š Programme submissions where required πŸ“ˆ Forecast submissions πŸ”„ Change Management ⚠️ Early Warnings 🀝 Bid support for new call-off contracts πŸ’° Cost Control πŸ“‹ Reporting πŸ—“οΈ Support the weekly and monthly project/contract progress meetings πŸ‘€ Liaise with Client CEMAR Superuser for all access/delegation/user queries 🀝 Liaise with the Client commercial team for any queries and Learning from Experience. πŸ”— Project Interfaces πŸ‘₯ Interface with the Contract Leads, Finance, Cost Engineering and Project Controls functions as required 🏒 Interface with Client Commercial and Project Managers as required πŸŽ“ Qualification, Special Skills or Experience πŸ“‘ Must have strong NEC contract administration experience, preferably NEC4 Professional Service Contracts πŸ’» Proficient in Microsoft Excel to at least intermediate level πŸŽ“ Ideally Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying πŸ“Œ Able to manage and prioritise competing priorities βœ… Working to high levels of accuracy and contract compliance πŸ“‹ Ideally prior CEMAR experience **Security clearance** This role requires the successful candidate to hold a minimum of a Security Check (SC) clearance without any caveats to that clearance. Due to the nature of work this role will be delivering and for the protection of certain assets, the successful candidate has to be a UK national or in MoD approved cases a Dual National from a non-ITAR country.
