We are looking for an experienced Recruiter who is hungry, knows how to hustle, will relentlessly chase down candidates, and responds lightning-fast. The ideal candidate has worked in extremely fast-paced startup environments before and has filled roles in a matter of hours. This role is not for the faint of heart - if you're looking for a comfortable role where you'll clock in and out from 9-5, please do not apply as this is not for you.ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment process for multiple roles across various industries (e.g., marketing, operations, sales)Source talent through job boards, LinkedIn, recruiter networks, and proactive outreachConduct initial interviews to assess qualifications, communication skills, and cultural alignmentPresent qualified candidates to clients and coordinate interview schedulingMaintain strong relationships with candidates, guiding them through the hiring process and onboardingTrack candidates and hiring workflows in our ATS/recruiting softwareCollaborate with the leadership team to understand evolving talent needsEnsure compliance with agency processes, standards, and client requirementsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in a relevant field4+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in fast-paced startup environmentsStrong communication and English language skills (written and verbal)Ability to assess candidate fit beyond the resume (soft skills, professionalism, reliability)Proficiency with LinkedIn and online sourcing toolsBONUS: Experience working as a Recruiter for an agencyBONUS: Experience recruiting for creative/marketing (eg.
