Job Summary: The Regional Manager is responsible for the overall operational, financial, physical, and team performance of an assigned portfolio of residential communities. This role provides leadership, direction, and support to onsite community teams across both office-side and maintenance-side functions to help ensure each community operates effectively and in alignment with Company standards. The Regional Manager oversees a small portfolio of communities and is expected to maintain a strong understanding of each property’s performance, staffing, physical condition, resident experience, and business needs. Because of the limited portfolio size, this role is expected to have a high level of direct involvement with onsite teams and community operations, while partnering closely with Community Managers, maintenance leaders, and Company leadership to drive consistency, support team development, protect asset value, and improve overall community performance. Because communities vary in size, location, staffing levels, physical needs, and operational priorities, the specific focus and day-to-day demands of this role may vary across the assigned portfolio. In all cases, the Regional Manager is expected to provide effective leadership, sound operational oversight, and consistent support that strengthens both community performance and team effectiveness.
