Your new responsibilities Management and responsibility for regional RE portfolio (in accordance with the overarching corporate/RE guidelines and rules) Location concepts as the basis for RE-driven decisions Location analysis/site searches Disposal/acquisition projects in close cooperation with RE in Germany Management of leases, including negotiation of major new leases, lease extensions and lease terminations Identification and implementation of optimization projects Project management activities Local RE portfolio incl. RE database with controlling, reporting and budget activities Approval processes for real estate transactions in accordance with RE governance Selection and commissioning of real estate service providers Support for regional property/facility management Support for M&A activities (RE workstream) in close cooperation with RE Germany Support with market value appraisals in close cooperation with RE Germany Who we are looking for University degree or comparable degree with a focus on corporate real estate or business administration or architecture or civil engineering. At least 5 years of experience in corporate real estate in an international industrial context. Project management skills for projects. Strong knowledge and experience in corporate real estate, ideally in all phases of the value chain. Experience with global operations and knowledge of different local market conditions/practices. Possess Strategic and analytical thinking, Spirit of initiative and results orientation, Self-motivated and pragmatic problem-solving skills, Collaboration, low ego and team orientation.
