Follow established care plans and nursing procedures throughout the assigned shift. Observe and document resident status and communicate relevant changes to the care team. Coordinate with nursing and support staff to maintain organized, consistent resident care. Complete required documentation and assigned shift responsibilities. Qualifications RN credentials appropriate for the skilled nursing assignment. Ability to work the 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. schedule. Availability for every-other-weekend coverage.
