About the service and your role Clover Court is a purpose-built supported living service in Lowestoft, providing 20 one-bedroom apartments for adults with physical disabilities. The service combines personalised care and support with innovative assistive technology, helping people to live as independently as possible while achieving their goals and enjoying a great quality of life. As Local Service Manager, you'll lead the day-to-day running of the service, inspiring and developing a dedicated team to deliver outstanding support. You'll build strong relationships with customers, families, commissioners and partner agencies, ensuring the service continues to provide exceptional outcomes. Alongside managing budgets and financial performance, you'll oversee occupancy and the effective marketing of voids, while maintaining high standards of health and safety and regulatory compliance. Your skills Experience in a managerial role within a similar service NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent Strong leadership, problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work calmly under pressure and support people in a personalised way Knowledge of CQC regulations and confidence working with partners Confident using IT systems and experienced in supporting people with disabilities Your rewards You deserve more than the basics.
