What you'll do: Prepare and execute lab activities related to the evaluation of appliances, in terms of functionality, safety and performance. Actively participate in the development of new projects. Work autonomously, following established procedures and guidelines to contribute to improvement. Solve a range of straightforward to complex problems. Regional/Cross products development planning (PPM) in Validation laboratory activities and resources. Coach team to solve the problems with strategic thinking together with sense of urgency. Support Cost reduction and Quality improvement activities Support Consumer Magazines activities Coordinate with Global laboratory for equipment, test procedures, test manual, capability, and competence.
