The Opportunity
We’re seeking an experienced Clinical Recruiter to lead full-cycle, in-house recruitment for our growing network of Registered Dietitians (RDs) and serve as backup coverage across our other clinical specialties. You’ll own the RD hiring pipeline from first outreach to signed offer, and step in to support searches for other clinical specialties so the Clinical Talent team never has a coverage gap. You’ll ensure a white-glove candidate experience at every step.
This is a fast-paced, high-growth environment, and we’re looking for someone with deep clinical recruitment experience who is resourceful, agile, and passionate about building a best-in-class clinical team. This is a full-time, W2 position that reports to the Director of Talent Acquisition.
Location: Fully remote within the U.S.
Your Impact
- Own full-cycle recruitment for Registered Dietitians, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing
- Serve as cross-trained backup for the Clinical Talent team, providing coverage on searches for other clinical specialties during peak demand, recruiter transitions, and time off
- Build and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top clinical talent, using professional networks, specialty associations and communities, referrals, and outbound outreach
- Develop and maintain a deep, continuously refreshed RD talent pipeline for current and future needs, including specialty areas such as PMOS, metabolic health, and women’s health nutrition
- Maintain working knowledge of the sourcing channels, market dynamics, and candidate expectations for each clinical specialty you cover, so handoffs and backfills are seamless
- Leverage Allara’s employer brand to position us as a leading destination for women’s health professionals
- Manage job postings, candidate tracking, and pipeline organization in Ashby, ensuring data accuracy, clean stage management, and process efficiency
- Use Ashby reporting, scheduling, and automation features to improve speed, consistency, and visibility across the hiring funnel
- Partner closely with clinical hiring leaders to align recruitment efforts with clinical priorities and state-level coverage needs
- Deliver a white-glove candidate experience that reflects Allara’s mission and values, guiding candidates throughout the hiring journey
- Collaborate with the Clinical Talent team to ensure hiring coverage, alignment, and seamless handoffs to credentialing and onboarding
- Monitor and report on hiring metrics (time to fill, pipeline health, source effectiveness, offer acceptance) and recommend improvements
- Stay informed on licensure and hiring requirements across multiple states and clinical specialties, including state licensure variations and multi-state hiring considerations
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of clinical recruitment experience, with a demonstrated track record of hiring Registered Dietitians and other licensed healthcare professionals across multiple states
- Proficiency in Ashby as an applicant tracking system, including pipeline management, reporting, and workflow configuration
- Telehealth recruitment experience, with a clear understanding of remote clinical workflows and licensing nuances across states
- Start-up experience and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities
- Expert sourcing skills; you know how to go beyond job boards to uncover and engage top clinical talent
- Ability to pick up and manage searches across other clinical specialties while keeping RD hiring on track as needed
- Organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented; you see gaps and take initiative to close them
- Strong communicator and relationship-builder who can engage candidates with authenticity and care
- Passion for women’s health and excitement to contribute to a mission-driven clinical workforce
- Data-driven, adaptable, and committed to continuously improving recruitment outcomes
Preferred Qualifications
