We are looking for a Requirements Engineer to perform the following activities: Configure and manage requirements within IBM DOORS, ensuring proper structuring, traceability, and maintenance of requirement data Perform requirements management activities in support of project objectives Coordinate activities across multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication The role is focused on requirements management and coordination activities and is not related to technical development or system administration What are we looking for in you? Experience and competencies Mandatory hands-on experience with IBM DOORS Familiarity with DXL scripting is a plus Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and organizational functions Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities and tight deadlines Soft skills: Problem solving Goal-oriented approach Self-Driven Proactive to solution Teamwork Languages: Italian (Fluent) English (fluent, oral and written) Why would you take the plunge?
