Restaurant Manager

Support the Food & Beverage Manager in the daily operation of the Restaurant, Bar, and Meetings & Events outlets. Oversee service quality to ensure a high level of guest service and guest experience. Lead, coach, motivate, and develop the Food & Beverage team to reach their full potential. Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of team members. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene procedures, and Radisson Hotel Group brand standards. Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally, efficiently, and with a guest-first mindset. Coordinate the preparation and setup of meeting rooms and event spaces according to guest requirements. Review, improve, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency and service quality. Support menu development, promotions, and Food & Beverage initiatives to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue. Collaborate closely with other hotel departments to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional guest experiences. What You Bring: Proven experience in a similar leadership role, preferably in a 4- or 5-star hotel Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are considered a strong advantage. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Strong leadership skills to train, motivate, and support your team in creating memorable moments Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
