Retail Team Member

About the role A fantastic opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic and motivated Retail Team Member to join our team at our Mitre 10 Queanbeyan store. We are looking for several Casual positions rostering 10-20 hours per week between Monday and Sunday. What you will be doing Providing excellent customer service, helping them with their orders, and providing them with fast, efficient service Putting away stock, mainly hardware products Supporting with admin tasks as required Stock and store merchandising Ensuring the health and safety of all fellow staff, customers and contractors within their department What you will bring Demonstrated strong customer focus and ability to work in a team environment Background in hardware and retail an advantage but not essential Knowledge of, or the ability to learn safety systems highly regarded Excellent communication and interpersonal skills An eye for detail and a sense of urgency Ability to be available to work across a 7 day rotating roster and must be available for at least one weekend day.
