Ride Consultant Ride Consultant – Specialized Hamilton Cycle Time Want to work directly for one of the biggest bike brands in the World- then join our team at Specialized- Hamilton We are looking for a Sales/ Ride Consultant to join our team at Cycle Time in Hamilton 3 days a week. 2 weekdays (8hour days) & every Saturday (6.5hour day). The Sales/ Ride Consultant is the star on the front line working directly with our riders to deliver exceptional service and rider satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be happy lending a hand in the workshop when times are busy, working as a team to keep our riders out riding. We are on the hunt for a driven individual who either has experience within the industry or is looking to learn and expand their skills but is driven by their passion for bikes. Be Rock Solid: Dependable, punctual, and always ready to roll with the team What you will need Passion for cycling and the Specialized brand A current or former retail employee with experience preferred Excellent communication with the ability to effectively interact with riders and team members Must be able to work as business dictates which includes Saturdays Ability to stand for extensive time periods; while occasionally walking, kneeling, or reaching Able to lift at least 25kg or more and use proper lifting skills Social media experience beneficial WHAT’S ON OFFER?
