RN Clinical Supervisor – Home Health Location: Walnut Creek, CA (On-site) Salary: $115,000 – $150,000 (DOE) Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (Day Shift) About Health Link Home Health and Hospice Health Link Home Health and Hospice has been providing high-quality home health services throughout the San Francisco Bay Area and East Bay for nearly 20 years. Why Health Link: Forward-thinking, inclusive company culture Supportive, collaborative work environment Competitive compensation & benefits package: Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) with company match Paid Time Off (up to 10 days annually, accruing with use) Use of Apple products for clinical operations Key Responsibilities Supervise and support Clinical Coordinators to ensure optimal patient care Oversee individualized patient care plans and ensure timely updates Address staff and patient inquiries, offering clinical guidance Triage patient calls and prioritize clinical concerns Implement and enforce home health clinical policies and procedures Ensure accurate, timely documentation and compliance with regulations Qualifications Active California RN License (Required) Home Health experience (Required) 1–2 years of supervisory experience (Preferred) BLS Certification (Preferred) Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Strong computer proficiency (Apple products & EMR systems) Ability to multitask and manage high call volumes with professionalism Education Associate Degree in Nursing (Required; BSN Preferred) Work Setting One on-site location in Walnut Creek, CA No remote work
