Job Purpose To drive sustainable and profitable business growth by developing new business opportunities, expanding market presence, and strengthening strategic relationships with customers and distributors. The role is responsible for achieving sales objectives, identifying market opportunities, leading key account development initiatives, and delivering customer-focused lubrication solutions that enhance customer value, loyalty, and long-term business performance. How You Make an Impact (Job Accountabilities) Achieve monthly sales target by developing new accounts and expanding sales volume in assigned territory Submit timely weekly & monthly sales reports, and/or key accounts sales pipeline updates to commercial & industrial sales manager on a regular basis Develops account plans to drive long term volume growth and cross selling opportunities Manage and develop distributor and direct B2C customer accounts in in assigned territory Collaborate with distributors (DSM & DSR) in identifying key accounts that will help distributors achieve growth targets and provide hands-on support Ensure distributors effectively manage their sales pipeline by conducting regular sales pipeline coaching and reviews Leverage technical knowledge of lubricant products to provide tailored solutions that meet customer needs Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide actionable insights Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to sales manager What You Bring to the Role (Job Qualifications / Education / Skills / Requirements / Capabilities) Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Technical Preference: A degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Industrial) is highly preferred in the lubricants sector to better understand complex equipment lubrication needs Knowledge of lubricants industry is preferable Competencies Desired Strong communication skills, customer-oriented attitude, and service-minded. Pleasant personality and good negotiation skill & can work under pressure and challenging business environment Able to work in a dynamic environment, which requires greater flexibility and adaptability. Confidence, determination, and persistence. Ambition and the desire to do well. Strong in problem-solving skills and Project Management Good in presentation skills, and strong teamwork and networking skills Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively work with many diverse customers Business Development: Identify and convert new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, and expanding distribution/customer networks. Account Management: Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with existing clients and distributors to ensure brand loyalty and retention. Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market shifts to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
