Sales Compensation Specialist

Suvoda is looking for a Sales Compensation Specialist to join our Finance & Accounting team and play a key role in ensuring accurate, timely and compliant incentive compensation for our global Sales organization. In this role, you will administer sales compensation plans, calculate commissions and variable bonuses, analyze compensation data, and partner with Sales, Finance, Accounting and Legal to support effective incentive plan design and execution. Responsibilities: Own end-to-end monthly/quarterly payout cycles for multiple segments; drive timelines, inputs, approvals, and file delivery to Accounting. Design and enhance reporting for attainment, OTE/CTE, and run-rate analytics; create actionable insights for Sales Leadership and Finance. Implement plan changes in ICM/SPM with guidance (crediting logic, rate tables, hierarchies); validate results across edge cases. Write and maintain basic data queries for compensation datasets (lookups/joins, filters, row-level controls) to support ad hoc analysis and data validation. Lead root-cause analysis for exceptions; recommend and implement preventive controls and documentation updates. Partner with Sales Ops and RevOps on quota/territory updates; ensure timely ingestion to ICM and impact assessment. Contribute to annual plan modeling by quantifying behavioral impacts, budget ranges, and sensitivity analyses. Requirements: Hands-on experience with Salesforce Spiff - must have requirement Advanced Excel (arrays, what-if modeling); intermediate Power BI (measures, relationships). Practical ICM/SPM experience and basic data query proficiency. Strong reconciliation and audit discipline; can own deliverables with minimal oversight.
