Sales Coordinator

Sales Coordinator (Fixed-term, 2 years) We are looking for a customer-focused and proactive Sales Coordinator to join our Customer Service team in Budapest. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating customer orders, supporting day-to-day customer service activities, and ensuring smooth collaboration between customers and internal stakeholders. This is a fixed-term position for approximately 2 years, with the possibility of extension. Key Responsibilities Customer Service & Order Management Manage customer orders from order entry through to delivery Ensure timely order confirmations and accurate order processing Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding order status and delivery information Coordinate closely with Production Planning, Procurement, Warehouse, and Logistics teams Monitor stock levels and support inventory optimization Escalate and support the resolution of customer complaints in cooperation with the Quality team Proactively communicate potential delivery issues and ensure appropriate internal escalation Support Key Account Managers in servicing customer accounts and achieving business objectives Manage customer priorities and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction Prepare regular reports and support Supply Chain performance targets Customer Data & Asset Management Maintain and review customer master data within ERP systems Manage customer-owned assets, including pallet balances and production tools Ensure data accuracy and timely system updates Quality, Compliance & Continuous Improvement Support compliance with company policies, management systems, and FSC requirements Participate in customer complaint investigations and corrective actions Contribute to process improvement initiatives and operational excellence Follow quality, environmental, health & safety, food safety, and sustainability requirements Your Profile Higher education degree or relevant professional qualification Strong customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills Proactive and solution-focused attitude Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel Strong English language skills, both written and spoken Native-level Hungarian language skills Advantage Experience in customer service, sales support, order management, logistics, supply chain, or a similar coordination role Experience working in a manufacturing environment What We Offer Opportunity to work in an international and dynamic business environment Diverse role with broad interaction across multiple functions Modern workplace in Graphisoft Park, Budapest (3rd District) Supportive and collaborative team environment Fixed-term employment for approximately 2 years with the possibility of extension 8 days of home office per month If you enjoy working closely with customers, coordinating complex processes, and delivering excellent service, we would be happy to hear from you. #LI-DM
