We are hiring SDRs (Sales Development Representatives) to support the growth of a premium executive-focused business operating in the strategy, technology, and regulated-industry space.
This is not a traditional SDR role.
The work is research-driven, highly personalized, and executive-facing. You will engage senior professionals through thoughtful outreach, strong written communication, careful preparation, phone conversations, and disciplined follow-through.
The role is best suited to someone who:
speaks excellent English with clarity and confidence
is naturally articulate and credible
can build rapport with senior professionals
enjoys research and understanding how organisations operate
is organised, disciplined, and self-directed
can operate with maturity and discretion in executive-facing interactions
You will not be working from generic cold-call scripts or mass outreach lists. The role requires careful preparation before contact, thoughtful communication, and the ability to position yourself professionally in conversations with experienced executives.
What you will do
Research organisations, industries, and senior decision-makers
Conduct personalised outreach through LinkedIn, email, and phone calls
Engage highly targeted prospective clients professionally and confidently
Manage outreach and follow-up activity with discipline
Maintain structured CRM records and activity tracking
Conduct introductory conversations with prospective clients
Surface market insights and recurring buyer themes
Contribute to the refinement of messaging and positioning
Ideal profile
Exceptional spoken and written English communication skills
Clear, confident, professional speaking style
Comfortable speaking with senior professionals and executives by phone
Highly organised and reliable
Strong research instinct and attention to detail
Self-managed and productive in a remote environment
Professional presence and good judgment
Able to learn quickly and absorb complex subject matter
Experience in any of the following is useful but not mandatory:
executive-facing sales
SDR or business development roles
recruitment
consulting
financial services
client advisory
research-intensive roles

Compensation
700 USD Base + 5% (250 USD) per sale closed.
