Our branding agency is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. As an SDR, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients through cold-calling, emailing, and social media outreach. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute targeted campaigns and identify key decision makers within target accounts. We're seeking a Lloyd to assist Ari Gold in building the GreySpace Empire. This position is best for those who want to grow in to Ari Gold in the future. ‍ Conduct research to identify potential clients and decision makers within target accounts Contact potential clients through cold-calling, emailing, and social media outreach Qualify leads and assess their fit for the agency's services Schedule discovery calls or meetings with potential clients to learn more about their needs and goals Prepare customized proposals for potential clients based on their specific needs and budget Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute targeted campaigns Track and report on all activity and results 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Experience with CRM software and lead generation tools Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred We are looking for creative and passionate freelancers to join our network. Once the brand is developed we promote and activate the brand. For this purpose we are looking for a social media manager who is able to develop and execute strategies for our many clients across FMCG, F&B, Consumer Electronic, Real Estate and Startups. This role grows into Brand Promotion and Activation Functional Head Create marketing calendar and social media campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules Define the most important social media KPIs, build dashboards, collect customer data and analyse interactions to measure and improve performance Coordinate with clients/brands on a weekly basis to make sure they are onboard and up to date with the project progress Ensures brand consistency in marketing and social media messages by working with various department members, including Copywriters, Graphic Designers and the Production team Conceptualise, Ideate and implement new out of the box ideas to get an advantage over competitors Think long term and strategically to understand brands and connect with brand’s true audience 2+ years of experience in Social Media Management or Brand Manager. Experience with audience and buyer persona research Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media best practices Proven ability to build social media communities Experience working with and developing a marketing plan In-depth Understanding of social media KPIs Critical thinking and problem-solving skills combined with great interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills We are looking for a creative nerd that can present result-oriented ideas and creativity to peers and management. One must be able to use interpersonal skills to inspire the team and gain acceptance of their idea. ‍ Use recent studies and findings to establish the best overall design elements to include in UX design experiences Design the aesthetics to be implemented within a website, from the layout menus and drop-down options to colours and fonts allowing for interface edits as needed Enhance the user experience by creating seamless navigation through various digital programs and interfaces within the company Combine interface design concepts with digital design and establish milestones to encourage cooperation and teamwork Improve the look and feel of interactive computers and product software Apply strategic thinking to design and deliver aesthetically pleasing, innovative, user centric design and experiences across web and mobile platforms and devices. Produce user flows, wireframes, prototypes (for stakeholder discussions/approvals), user interface specifications, and final graphics with a strong visual design element Participate in the development process from definition, through design, build, test, release, and maintenance Drive the development and communication of design guidelines, patterns, and libraries Keep a keen eye for detail and a passion for pixel perfect fit and finish Stay abreast of UX trends and look for creative ideas and inspiration in parallel analogous worlds. Strong ability to recognize and predict use-cases and user interaction, including happy path, edge and corner cases, and incorporate them into designs Hands-on experience and proficiency in Wireframing, design, and prototyping tools like Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, InVision Studio, Adobe XD and Adobe CC. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment to create top-performing interfaces Professional written and interpersonal skills Continued education and research into UI/UX trends and current design strategy and technology Create overall concepts for the user experience within a business webpage or product, ensuring all interactions are intuitive and easy for customers Design the aesthetics to be implemented within a website or product, from the layout menus and drop-down options to colours and fonts In-depth knowledge of Android/iOS mobile UI design patterns Strong illustration, iconography and mobile & website design ability with sensitivity to user system interaction GreySpace is a design agency that focuses on developing strategic brand identity, communicates values and purpose of the brand which results in higher brand equity. Develop, implement and manage social media strategy Define and track the most important social media KPIs Manage and oversee social media content Formulating high-quality written and visual content for each social media campaign. Work with copywriters and senior designers to ensure content is informative and appealing and in consistent with the brand communication guidelines Develop photos, videos, reels, and other creative assets Excellent graphic design portfolio is a must Content writing or copywriting or both Videography and Editing Photography and voiceover skills a plus, not a necessity Motion graphics skills is a huge plus Experience as a Brand Manager on social media is preferred but if you have what it takes feel free to apply We are looking for a creative and passionate junior graphic designer to join our team. You will be working on projects ranging from branding to identity design, packaging design and company presentations/brochures. You will be reporting directly to the creative director to produce high quality work. To be successful as a junior graphic designer, you should have original ideas and have a keen eye for detail. Ultimately, you should be able to create imaginative designs, be open to learning new skills and techniques and create impressive designs that promote the company's vision. You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across the agency to ensure timely deliverables Understanding project requirements and ideas Using graphic techniques to create drafts Producing logos, packaging, brochures & presentations Presenting finalised ideas to clients Working towards a creative brief that has been agreed by the client Minimum 1 year of experience as a graphic designer Experienced and fluent in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign is a must) Knowledge of design techniques, such as prototyping Ability to work well within a team Effective at managing your time Creative skills and problem solving aptitude Good understanding of visual elements (layouts, typefaces, hierarchy, contrast, colour theory, etc)
