Job description

Compensation • USD 750 base salary • USD 250 commission per sale closed • Average expected sales: 5 per month • Expected earnings: approximately USD 2,000/month (750 + (250 × 5)) • No cap on commissions We are hiring SDRs to support the growth of a premium executive-focused business operating in the strategy, technology, and regulated-industry space. This is not a traditional SDR role. The work is research-driven, highly personalized, and executive-facing. You will engage senior professionals through thoughtful outreach, careful preparation, strong communication, phone conversations, and disciplined follow-through. You will not be working from generic cold-call scripts or mass outreach lists. This role is best suited to someone who: • speaks excellent English with clarity and confidence • is naturally articulate and credible • can build rapport with senior professionals • enjoys research and understanding how organisations operate • is organised, disciplined, and self-directed • can communicate professionally and thoughtfully with experienced executives What you will do • Research organisations, industries, and senior decision-makers • Conduct personalised outreach through LinkedIn, email, and phone calls • Engage highly targeted prospective clients professionally and confidently • Manage outreach and follow-up activity with discipline • Maintain structured CRM records and activity tracking • Conduct introductory conversations with prospective clients • Surface market insights and recurring buyer themes • Help refine messaging and positioning over time Ideal profile • Exceptional spoken and written English communication skills • Clear, confident, professional speaking style • Comfortable speaking with senior professionals and executives by phone • Strong research instinct and attention to detail • Highly organised and reliable • Self-managed and productive in a remote environment • Professional presence and good judgment • Fast learner who can absorb complex subject matter quickly Experience in any of the following is useful, but not mandatory: • SDR or business development roles • executive-facing sales • recruitment • consulting • financial services • client advisory • research-intensive roles What matters most: • communication quality • professionalism • intelligence • curiosity • discipline • consistency • self-driven self-starter • and the ability to engage thoughtfully with senior people Location Remote.
