Job description
Sales Development Representative (Spanish Speaker)
Location: Fully Remote – ideally within EEST ±4 hours
Salary: Depending on experience and qualifications
Product Focus: AI-Powered Recruitment Technology
Talkpush makes conversational AI for high-volume recruitment. Large employers (BPOs, retailers, logistics, healthcare) use us to hire thousands of people a month. Instead of applicant tracking systems that nobody likes, we use AI-driven conversations that candidates actually respond to.
We have the product and the market. We need someone who can get us in front of the right buyers at enterprise accounts.
The Role
You'd sit inside the marketing team, reporting to the Head of Marketing. The job is to build visibility and generate qualified meetings within a set of named enterprise accounts.
There's no existing playbook. You'd write it. Which accounts to go after, how to reach the people who matter, what messaging works, what doesn't. Then try something else.
We want someone who's done account-based selling for real, not someone who's read about it.
What the job looks like day to day
You help build and manage our named account list. You'll research potential accounts, help tier them, and contribute to the engagement plan for each one. You monitor these accounts constantly, looking for signals and changes.
You map the buying committee: who the champions are, who signs off, who influences them.
The work is relationship-first. You show up where buyers already spend their time. Comment on their LinkedIn posts. Attend their industry events. Host conversations at Talkpush events. Visit accounts on-site when it makes sense. Share useful content, make introductions, have real conversations. You're not pitching anyone until they already know who you are.
You'll travel. Conferences, customer events, on-site visits. Some of the best relationships in this job start with a handshake.
You're not working one contact per account. You're building depth across the whole buying committee, through multiple channels, over months. The goal is for Talkpush to be a name they already know and trust by the time a meeting happens.
When an account is ready, you activate it. Build a personalized business case, connect buyers with our team or existing customers, and set up a conversation where they already understand the problem we solve.
You build your own systems. Clay, AI enrichment tools, Sales Navigator, whatever works. Nobody hands you a process. You find the tools, test them, wire together your own workflows, and improve them when the numbers say to.
You track what works. Collect data from every touchpoint, figure out what's actually converting, and use that to decide where to spend your time. When something isn't working, kill it. When something is, push harder.
Who you are
You've spent meaningful time in outbound SDR or BDR roles at a SaaS company. Enough to have a point of view on what good looks like. A significant portion of that has been in enterprise or strategic territory, where you've run account-based plays, worked named account lists, and learned that the goal isn't activity volume, it's account penetration and pipeline quality.
Fluent in English and Spanish. Portuguese is a strong plus. You'll work across time zones, so your schedule needs to flex around when buyers are available, not the other way around.
You've mapped buying committees and engaged multiple stakeholders at the same time. You've worked accounts for months to get the right meeting. You know the difference between being busy and making progress.
You build your own stuff. Messaging, workflows, hypotheses. When something's off, you change it instead of raising a ticket. You're comfortable with Clay, AI-powered enrichment, Sales Navigator, and CRM, and you're always picking up new tools without being told to.
You write well. When someone reads your message, it should feel like you actually looked into their company and understood their problems, not like you swapped their name into a generic template.
HR Tech background is a plus. If you already know TA and HR buyers, you'll ramp faster.
What we don't do
We don't count dials or emails sent. We don't celebrate meetings that go nowhere. We care about account penetration, pipeline quality, and revenue influence.
The team is small. You'll talk to leadership directly. And the product actually works: we have enterprise customers who will tell you that themselves.
Why Talkpush
Talkpush powers hiring for some of the largest employers on the planet. What you build here gets used at real scale.
This is a building role, not a maintenance role. There is no existing ABM function. You're creating the playbooks, the workflows, the systems. What you set up becomes the way we go to market.
We're a conversational AI company, so naturally we expect you to use AI in how you work. Most SDRs aren't doing this yet. You should be.
Leadership trusts people to run with things. You won't be asking for permission. Remote, work from anywhere within EET/EEST +/-4 hours, travel when the work calls for it.
