About the Role and Team We are seeking a Sales Director in Riga to join our Revenue & Operations team. In this role, you will report to the Country Manager and be responsible for securing new, profitable customers for Adform, targeting medium to large clients - advertisers, agencies, and publishers - both locally and internationally, including retail media. You will build trust while pitching Adform’s buy-side solutions with presales support and leverage your gained knowledge of Ad servers, DSPs, and DMPs. We hope you are ready to change the game! Be ready to: Understand your customers' business, needs, and decision-making processes, positioning Adform as their ideal partner. Drive Adform's success by retaining and growing relationships and upselling to increase product deployment. Generate, prospect, and convert new business opportunities by executing a strategic sales plan, building a strong pipeline, and leveraging networking and industry events. Lead impactful QBRs and strategic discussions, clearly communicating Adform’s vision, thought leadership, and solutions to align with client goals. Manage opportunities and map stakeholders prior to onboarding. Translate client needs into Adform products, negotiating win-win value for both Adform and the customer. Gather competitor intelligence to highlight Adform's unique selling points and create valuable differentiation. Keep accurate, real-time records in Salesforce. Attitude First. Everything else will follow. We can grow together faster if you have: 10+ years of relevant experience in a sales position, with minimum 5 years of experience selling advertising technology or media. Strong Financial Acumen. A proven track record of success and the ability to manage a complex sales process to closure. Comfort in selling and pitching across various verticals. Ability to sell alongside or in partnership with Global Holding Group Agency and other key Adform partners. Stage speaking experience, and strong public speaking skills. Strong interpersonal and networking skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and present effectively.
