Job description
WHO WE ARE
Headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee, Ncontracts leads the industry in integrated risk management and compliance solutions, serving over 5,000 financial institutions nationwide. As an eight-time Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Companies honoree and consistent year-over-year recipient of "Best Places to Work" awards, we offer a thriving, work environment where career growth and life-work balance go hand in hand.
At Ncontracts, you'll join a team of industry experts dedicated to strengthening the financial services sector through innovation and thought leadership. We're seeking creative, collaborative, and self-driven professionals across all areas of our business - from developing cutting-edge solutions to sales, marketing, customer support, and beyond. Join us in our mission to make the financial industry stronger and more resilient, while advancing your career in a supportive, dynamic environment that values your unique skills and perspectives.
REVENUE ENABLEMENT PURPOSE
That investment includes a dedicated Revenue Enablement department that operates independently of sales management while partnering closely with Revenue Leadership.
This structure is intentional. It reflects our founder’s belief and our organization’s commitment that a strong sales channel deserves more than periodic training. It deserves a team focused on how sellers learn, how managers reinforce, how technology and AI improve execution, and how business priorities become practical capabilities in the field.
Ncontracts already has a strong sales organization. Revenue Enablement exists to help elevate that strength by equipping our sellers and managers with the capabilities required for the company’s next era of revenue growth.
Our mission is to transform business priorities into measurable seller capability. Everything we build, from onboarding and learning experiences, to coaching resources, AI workflows, conversation guides, and manager reinforcement; it is all designed to help sellers perform with greater confidence, consistency, and effectiveness.
Learning has value only when it changes behavior.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for someone who knows sales and can help us build better programs while keeping the everyday work moving. You’ll work with the Director of Sales Enablement and Sales Readiness Manager to design onboarding, then deliver it alongside the Sales Readiness Manager. You’ll also run Highspot and the LMS, produce the weekly Sales Newsletter, and bring together the plans and people for SKO and MKO.
The Director guides the design and sets our strategy, architecture, priorities, and standards, with final approval on Enablement design and readiness. We’ll look to you for ideas, thoughtful recommendations, and plans you can take through to completion.
HOW YOU WORK
You think ahead and take pride in doing good work. You’re comfortable helping shape a program and handling its details. You know when to move quickly, when to ask for a decision, and how to flag a problem while there’s still time to solve it. You manage your time well and follow through without repeated reminders.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build onboarding with us and share its delivery. With the Director’s direction, work together on what new hires need to learn, the right sequence, role-specific learning paths, practice, manager check-ins, and what they need to demonstrate along the way. The Director approves the design and standards. You and the Sales Readiness Manager share delivery, with a clear lead for each session. You manage schedules, learning paths, contributors, and progress tracking, and recommend improvements based on ramp feedback.
- Keep Highspot and the LMS useful and current. Manage structure, tags, assignments, access coordination, version control, reviews, and reporting within our agreed guidelines. Help sellers find what they need. Partner with the Content Manager on keeping assets current and the Readiness Manager on learning needs and seller use.
- Get the weekly Sales Newsletter out reliably. Plan the work, gather inputs, manage reviews, check links and assets, publish, and track engagement. Bring the team’s contributions together around agreed priorities and practical seller actions.
- Coordinate SKO and MKO. Work closely with the CRO and Director of Sales Enablement, starting with the design, priorities, and editorial direction shaped by the CRO and executive team. Keep us organized and collaborating throughout planning and delivery, with clear timelines, responsibilities, and decisions. Partner across departments to bring their content and presenters into the plan, coordinate preparation with event partners, and flag gaps early. Carry the work through follow-up learning and a post-event review.
- Take assigned programs from idea through improvement. Once we agree on the outcome, bring a proposed design, milestones, resource needs, dependencies, and measures to the Director. Develop a useful first version and carry the approved work through preparation, launch, reinforcement, feedback, and improvement. Coordinate contributions and flag decisions early, with each person responsible for their own deliverables.
- Help the team stay ahead of shared deadlines. Keep calendars and handoffs current using updates from each initiative lead. Notice when deadlines compete and bring options back to the team to reconstruct.
- Make the next round of work easier. Improve recurring processes, templates, quality checks, and backup handoffs. Recommend steps we can simplify, automate, combine, or stop. Use approved AI and automation where they help, and check their outputs before using it to submit complete work.
- Improve programs with the Sales Readiness Manager. Work together to build practice, readiness checkpoints, manager follow-up, and feedback into onboarding and other assigned programs. Compare what sellers are demonstrating with participation, completion, and resource-use data to understand where the program needs to improve. The Readiness Manager leads seller assessment and coaching recommendations; you bring ideas for improving the onboarding program’s structure, timing, resources, and follow-through. Bring proposed changes to the Director, put agreed improvements into practice together, and check whether they are helping.
What success looks like
You bring ideas that help us improve and deliver quality work when it’s needed. New hires have a clear path through onboarding and understand what they need to demonstrate. Sellers can easily find resources that are current and useful. You build in follow-up and feedback so learning carries into everyday selling, and you flag gaps or decisions early so we have time to work through them together.
YOUR TEAM
Our team connects strategy, seller readiness, content, programs and platforms, AI, and measurement. We work closely together so the learning and resources we provide help sellers in real customer conversations.
You’ll work alongside:
Director of Sales Enablement. Sets strategy, architecture, the roadmap, and priorities; partners with leadership and helps design programs. Makes final Enablement decisions on resources, standards, and readiness within agreed business direction.
Sales Readiness Manager. Designs learning, practice, coaching resources, and assessments with the Director’s direction. Helps design onboarding and delivers it with you. Leads broader Enablement sessions with the Director and checks how sellers apply the learning.
Senior Sales Content Manager. Creates and maintains seller resources, communications, onboarding materials, and learning assets. Takes responsibility for their quality, clarity, storytelling, design, and updates, using approved Product/PMM information.
Sales Enablement Program Lead. Helps develop programs, runs the agreed plans, shares onboarding delivery, manages platforms and publishing, and improves the way recurring work gets done.
EXPERIENCE YOU WILL BRING
- · Five or more years in sales enablement, sales training, or quota-carrying B2B sales, including hands-on responsibility for enablement programs.
- · Experience designing or substantially rebuilding onboarding with Enablement leadership and training partners, then sharing its delivery. You can turn agreed goals into learning paths, practice, manager check-ins, and measures.
- · Sales knowledge and facilitation experience that connect learning to customer conversations. You’re comfortable sharing delivery and working with subject-matter experts.
- · Hands-on administration of Highspot or a comparable sales enablement platform and an LMS. Direct Highspot experience is strongly preferred.
- · Experience with WorkRamp or other similar LMS platform.
- · Experience coordinating SKO, MKO, or comparable sales learning events and recurring communications, with attention to both the learning and the details of delivery.
- · Good time management, urgency, and judgment. You start early, manage dependencies, bring developed recommendations and drafts, allow time for review, and follow through without repeated prompting.
- · Clear writing and strong attention to quality. Examples of improving programs or processes using feedback, data, and practical automation.
- · Familiarity with Gong or similar conversation intelligence, Salesforce or another CRM, and practical generative AI used within clear guidelines.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for someone who knows sales and enjoys building programs and keeping them running. You’ll help design onboarding with the Director and Sales Readiness Manager, under the Director’s direction, and share delivery with the Readiness Manager. You bring ideas early, take pride in your work, and stay ahead of deadlines.
WHAT WE ARE NOT LOOKING FOR
Marketing, content, or event experience can be a plus, but you’ll also need sales experience and hands-on program ownership. If you prefer strategy or facilitation alone, or working from a plan someone else fully builds, this may not be your best fit.
