Role Description Technical Sales: Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets. Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations. Provide detailed technical and application advice to customers. Customer Engagement: Identify and assess customer needs through site visits and consultations. Prepare proposals, quotations, and technical documentation. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Project Management: Oversee technical aspects of sales projects from inception to completion. Collaborate with engineering and installation teams for successful delivery. Resolve technical issues during sales or order finalization. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. Provide insights to enhance product offerings and sales strategies. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics. Qualifications Proficiency in Sales Engineering and a strong understanding of technical solutions Experience providing Technical Support and addressing complex client needs Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients Ability to drive Sales and meet business development goals Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and adaptability in a dynamic business environment Relevant technical or engineering degree; experience in similar roles is a plus Mandatory: Two-wheeler vehicle for field sales.
