Crafted Highlights: As a Commercial Enablement Sales Intern, you will be part of the Canadian Commercial team in Toronto within our Early Talent Program. Our Early Talent Program is Molson Coors’ undergraduate summer internship program, where students are exposed to the beverage industry, engaged in real-world problem-solving, and immersed in social and educational opportunities with other interns. The internship is a full-time summer position from May 3 - August 6 (Canada interns) and May 25 - August 6 (U.S. interns). This position works closely with the Canadian Commercial Sales team in each region to assist us in creating positive brand experiences and delighting our customers and consumers. What You’ll Be Brewing: Drive Innovation: Support initiatives that position Molson Coors Canada as an industry leader through the implementation of cutting-edge technology and process improvements. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Customer Solutions, Marketing, and Customer Supply teams to deliver forward-thinking solutions. Presentation Excellence: Develop and execute compelling presentations showcasing People, Process, and Technology strategies that elevate our competitive edge. Culture Champion: Live and breathe our company values while representing Molson Coors Canada in every interaction. Strategic Problem Solving: Identify challenges and deliver innovative, tech-enabled solutions based on best practices. Data-Driven Insights: Analyze performance metrics, report measurable improvement areas, and communicate trends and opportunities to the Sales team. Merchandising Support: Assist with signage, merchandise, and promotional material setup at accounts and events when needed. Inventory Management: Oversee inventory of promotional materials, branded merchandise, and swag with efficiency and accuracy. Key Ingredients: You are pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing or related fields You have the ability and willingness to work a flexible work schedule if needed, including some evenings and weekends and light travel You have a valid driver’s license with no limitations/restrictions. You will be required to provide a recent copy of a Driver’s Abstract You are self-motivated with a magnetic personality; you project a positive, team-first and professional corporate image, and demonstrate strong problem solving, organizational, interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills.
