Position SummaryNatural Wireless, a leading provider of ultra-fast, building-wide Internet services, is seeking a high-energy, hands-on Sales Manager – Residential Properties. This individual will lead sales growth across the residential real estate sector, managing a small but expanding team and directly engaging with real estate developers, owners, and property managers to drive adoption of our fiber-speed Internet solutions.The ideal candidate has a strong track record in B2B telecommunications sales, thrives in an entrepreneurial setting, and excels at building relationships and leading teams in high-growth environments.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and coach a geographically distributed sales team.Identify, target, and engage multifamily building owners, property managers, and real estate developers to support market expansion.Conduct strategic outreach through email campaigns, phone calls, and in-person meetings.Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with key stakeholders in the real estate sector.Build and nurture long-term business relationships that result in new service installations and renewals.Manage a robust pipeline of qualified sales opportunities and consistently exceed sales targets.Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless service deployment and client satisfaction.Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the brand and generate new leads.QualificationsMinimum 5 years of experience in telecommunications or technology sales, with proven success in prospecting, deal negotiation, and closing.Demonstrated leadership and motivational skills, including prior experience hiring, training, and managing a sales team.Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.Resilience and persistence — comfortable with high volumes of outreach and rejection cycles.Experience working directly with real estate executives, property managers, and development firms.Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and manage multiple priorities.Strong organizational and CRM management skills.Compensation and BenefitsBase Salary: $90,000 per yearCommission: Uncapped performance-based commission structurePaid Vacation and PTOMedical Insurance401(k) with Company MatchEmployee Stock Option ProgramAdditional DetailsEmployment Type: Full-TimeLocation: New York / New Jersey Metropolitan Area (On-Site)
