Sales Technical Engineer - Gebze

Work closely with customers to understand their needs and objectives, and develop effective technical and commercial solutions Provide technical leadership in reviewing scopes of work, evaluating project deliverables, and managing customer stakeholders Convert technical opportunities into sales and support commercial processes Coordinate with internal departments (such as marketing and finance) to ensure alignment on project and customer status Prepare proposals that address customer requirements, including pricing and sales terms Collaborate with commercial teams to achieve sales targets in line with business plans and financial objectives Develop new accounts and business lines, maintain long-term customer relationships, and maximize sales opportunities Create and implement sales and marketing strategies aligned with annual sales targets and company priorities Conduct market research to identify potential customers and analyze their needs Monitor competitors and industry trends within the building market to support proactive decision-making Identify and develop application areas for electronically (software-controlled) hydraulic technologies in the Turkish market and support their expansion Lead development, field optimization, and commissioning of electronically controlled hydraulic projects Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering Experience in technical sales, business development, or project management Knowledge of hydraulic systems and electronically controlled technologies Strong customer management and communication skills Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities Team-oriented with a results-driven mindset Good command of English Our control and drive technologies ensure efficiency, power and safely propel machines of all sizes.
