Ciklum is looking for a Salesforce Engineer to join our team full-time in Bulgaria. In this role, you will join the Go To Market department within the Technology organization. You will be pivotal in delivering large strategic projects and change requests across the Salesforce platform, supporting commercial, marketing, ops, and customer service teams. You will work as a key link with the business-wide team responsible for the entire company’s Salesforce ecosystem, working with a proactive approach to operational excellence, system architecture, code quality, and process automation. Responsibilities: Salesforce Development & Architecture: Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and platform automation (Flows) Integrations & APIs: Build and maintain secure integrations between Salesforce and internal/external systems using REST, SOAP, and various API integration patterns Declarative & Automated Solutions: Develop and maintain complex Salesforce Flows and process automations, balancing programmatic capabilities with declarative best practices for optimal performance and scalable architecture Collaborative Engineering & Peer Review: Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, unit testing, and quality assurance alongside the cross-functional GTM Tech team and broader Salesforce engineering ecosystem DevOps & Delivery: Apply change management via standard CI/CD pipelines, using version control tools (e.g., GitHub) and deployment workflows for smooth project delivery Documentation & Compliance: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, system auditing evidence, and integration/customization processes Team Growth & Support: Collaborate closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders, provide support and guidance to junior team members/administrators, and contribute to an inclusive knowledge-sharing environment Requirements: We are looking for engineers with a strong background in Salesforce development and apassion for high-quality, scalable code Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer & Administrator, specifically with Salesforce Service Cloud Core Declarative & Programmatic Skills: Expert proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, and platform automation tools (Salesforce Flows) Web Fundamentals: Solid understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Integrations & Security: Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP, Bulk) and understanding of Salesforce security models (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, roles) Quality & QA: Strong focus on unit testing, debugging, and familiarity with automated testing frameworks (e.g., Provar) DevOps & Developer Tools: Salesforce CLI, version control (GitHub), and CI/CD tools Desirable: Certifications: Advanced Administrator or Platform Developer, or System/Application Architect certifications are a strong plus Exposure to Salesforce Community Cloud (Experience Cloud) or other collaboration platforms Hands-on experience or familiarity with Agentforce Knowledge of highly distributed system architectures and integration architecture patterns What’s in it for you?
