Salesforce Manager

The Salesforce Manager serves as JED's lead hands-on administrator for Salesforce (built on the Nonprofit Success Pack) while managing a team of Salesforce Administrators responsible for delivering on the platform's direction. This role owns the day-to-day administration, configuration, and team leadership of JED's CRM environment, and is a driving voice in shaping the strategy and roadmap that determines how that environment evolves to support our organization. This role works day to day with JED's Technical Project Manager, who owns intake, requirements, and stakeholder management for CRM-related requests; together they ensure scoped, ready-to-work deliverables move smoothly from intake into technical execution. Working across the organization and in close partnership with the CTO, this role ensures JED's CRM environment and its supporting integrations remain aligned to organizational priorities today while building the team and processes needed to scale with JED's growth. Additionally, while this role is remote, our team operates on Eastern Standard Time (EST), and candidates must be available to work during these core hours.
