SAP QM Consultant

The SAP QM Consultant is responsible for ensuring stable business operations in a post–go-live support environment. The role focuses primarily on incident resolution, hypercare support, and service request handling within SAP Quality Management (QM), while maintaining high service quality and close collaboration with business stakeholders and IT teams.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide senior-level functional support for SAP QM applicationsManage and resolve incidents and service requests in line with SLAsSupport hypercare and post–go-live activities, ensuring smooth system stabilizationAnalyze and troubleshoot complex SAP QM issues and coordinate resolution across teamsEnsure effective integration between SAP QM and SAP EWM in an S/4HANA environmentCollaborate closely with production, logistics, and supply chain teams to support business operationsWork hands-on with local business users, including on-site support when requiredContribute to continuous improvement of support processes and operational stabilityMaintain relevant documentation and ensure adherence to ITSM processesRequirementsMinimum 5–8 years of SAP experience, with strong hands-on knowledge of SAP QMProven experience in hypercare or post–go-live support environmentsSolid understanding of production, logistics, and supply chain processesExperience with QM integration with SAP EWM on S/4HANAStrong background in application support, including incident and service request managementHands-on, proactive mindset with the ability to work closely with business stakeholders on-siteStrong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skillsFluent Hungarian and English (written and spoken)
