SAP Systems Support Accountant - 12m FTC

As a key member of the accounts transformation team, duties will include but are not limited to: Support the implementation and rollout of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud across multiple group entities. Assist with data gathering, cleansing, validation, and migration activities. Support the configuration and localisation of finance processes within SAP. Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and scenario-based process testing. Assist with chart of accounts mapping, financial workflows, and system integrations. Support the development of finance reports, process documentation, and training materials. Provide user support during deployment, go-live, and post-implementation stabilisation. Work closely with Finance, IT, and external implementation partners to resolve issues and improve processes. Assist in the development of controls, security access, and segregation of duties (SoD) requirements. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support the transition to business-as-usual system support Essential Proven experience working on SAP S/4HANA implementation, transformation or migration programmes. Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) or significant experience within Finance Systems. Strong understanding of core finance processes including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets and financial reporting. Experience supporting data migration, testing, system configuration and user training. Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyse and reconcile large datasets. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across Finance, Technology and project teams. Desirable SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation experience. Experience designing workflows and business processes. Experience with reporting tools, SQL or data-querying experience. Experience supporting multinational finance operations.
