Your scope includes: Process inbound and outbound truck loads by weighing, recording, and validating scale tickets Ensure accurate and timely data entry of weights, commodities, and shipment details Ensure compliance with safety protocols, site procedures, and legal weight requirements Generate and verify Bills of Lading (BOLs) and required shipping documentation Communicate with drivers and internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth operations Maintain organized records and complete end-of-day and month-end reporting tasks Identify and escalate errors or inconsistencies that could impact billing or operations What you bring You're a natural fit for Scale Coordinator if you have 1–3 years of experience in administrative, logistics, or data entry roles.
