Headquartered in Switzerland since late 2018, with sites in Sweden, Taiwan, and the Unites States. 【Job Overview】 We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Logistics Specialist to support warehouse and logistics operations. This role is responsible for inventory control, material handling, warehouse optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong operational knowledge, analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate across functions to enhance supply chain performance. 【Main Responsibilities】 Logistics & Process Improvement - Analyze and improve logistics and warehouse processes to drive productivity and efficiency. - Support initiatives to improve logistics cost competitiveness. - Lead or participate in continuous improvement projects. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance supply chain performance. Team Support & Compliance - Prepare and provide training on material handling procedures and work instructions. - Ensure compliance with GMP requirements, SOPs, WIs, and company policies. - Support 5S implementation and workplace safety practices. - Assist with internal and external audits as required. Communication & Projects - Prepare and deliver presentations in English on logistics improvements and project updates. - Work closely with local and global stakeholders to drive supply chain initiatives. - Perform other duties assigned by supervisors.
