2nd Shift Parts & Plates Foreman Location: York, PA Job Type: Direct Hire Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–12:00 AM Starting rate: $32.00 per hour, with higher pay available based on experience, plus a $3.00/hour shift differential for second shift. Position Overview We are hiring a Parts & Plates Foreman to oversee second-shift shop production and provide leadership to fabrication personnel. This role is responsible for coordinating employees, materials, equipment, production schedules, deliveries, and quality requirements to support efficient shop operations. The Foreman will work closely with internal teams, vendors, and other facilities to maintain production flow, address operational needs, and help ensure work is completed accurately and on time.
