Security Manager-Account Management PSCOD AUH

We are currently recruiting for a Security Manager – PSCOD/ASSD to join our Security Services team in Abu Dhabi. Scope: To support the Senior Security Manager on liaison and communication with regulatory authorities (PSCOD/ASSD) requirements, visiting ASSD / PSCOD and attending meeting in Senior Manager’s absence. Providing support to Senior Security Manager in visiting PSFRD Ajman on demand and attending PSCOD queries. Helping in achieving the company’s mission and goals, and establishing outstanding relationship with ASSD/ PSCOD, TGSS and TG Cash across Abu Dhabi and Northern Emirates. Responsibilities: Financial Ensure compliance with Transguard Group financial policy and standards. Promotes innovative ways to add value and reduce costs within the team. Support and provide suggestions/ ideas of improvement to TGSS senior managers. Customer Support both business units on Emirati relationship for important clients. Maintains develop and positively promotes Transguard Vision and Values with all TGSS Customers. Working as ambassador or Transguard to local authorities Process Ensure the compliance of ministerial decision No. 557 of 2008 and federal law no. 2006 concerning private security. Liaise with ASSD/ PSCOD and senior security manager. Attend meeting with PSCOD/ASSD and address the concern with managers for corrective/ preventive actions plans. Work with Control Room, TGSS and TG Cash administration and management team. Facilitate and support both BUs during authorities visit/ inspection. Innovation The approach to resolving the problems is “Thinks out of Box”. Contribution to Group and Business Units innovation and transformations strategies. Selection Criteria: Minimum years of experience required. UAE National Ex servicemen/ Ex Police with minimum 15 Years experience. Minimum educational requirements, include must have certifications (if any): High School /Graduate or university Degree and should be in possession of ASSD License. Technical skill required to perform accountabilities: An PSCOD Security manager should have: Hard skills: Native Arabic speaker UAE National Intermediate Computer Skills Security Assessment Soft skills: Proficiency in MS Office Minimum English Language Level 3 (by Transguard Group Standards) Cultural Awareness Customer Complaint Handling Customer relationship Management Customer Service Awareness Managing Personal Performance
