Security Operations Manager (Threat Assessment & Communications)

Key Responsibilities Collect, analyze, and assess security- and safety-related information from internal sources, external partners, vendors, and open-source platforms Partner closely with internal stakeholders, other Disney security operations centers, and external agencies including local authorities Proactively evaluate and implement technologies to enhance information gathering, reporting, communications, and operational coordination Train, coach, and develop team members to maintain high professional, analytical, and communication standards Support crisis management and time-critical decision-making during incidents or peak operational periods Qualifications & Experience University degree required; postgraduate qualification in security, information management, or emergency management preferred Minimum 7 years of experience in the security field, with exposure to security operations and communication centers, also practical understanding for the operations of a Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) will be an advantage. Experience managing teams (10+ headcount) is an advantage Strong knowledge of information gathering platforms, OSINT tools, CCTV, access control, incident management, and mass notification systems Trilingual proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua Professional certifications are desirable Strong analytical, stakeholder management, briefing, and decision‐making capabilities Proven ability to handle sensitive or classified information with discretion HKProfessional
