As a Senior Affiliate Manager, you will be responsible for searching and onboarding new affiliates, as well as managing ongoing partnerships. You will look for new potential CPA partners, check their eligibility for the program, negotiate conditions, and assist new affiliates with setup. Responsibilities Search for new potential CPA partners Provide day-to-day support to existing affiliates Analyze affiliate performance and identify opportunities for optimization Suggest and implement improvements to grow the affiliate network and overall performance Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with CPA partners Work closely with marketing, business development, backoffice, and other internal teams to support affiliate campaigns and initiatives Monitor key metrics including traffic quality, quantity of conversions, and fraud rates Provide regular reports on affiliate performance and network growth Requirements Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Advanced knowledge of affiliate traffic sources and channels Technical knowledge of how tracking and attribution work Understanding of CPA, CPL, and other common payment models Good understanding of the Forex product Good working knowledge of MS Office Previous experience with CellXpert, Salesforce, or other sales/affiliate CRM systems Proactive, self-driven, and solution-oriented mindset Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple partners in parallel and work independently Previous experience in affiliate programs of Forex, binary options, crypto, or prop trading advertisers Languages: fluent in English (required).
