Job description

The primary responsibility of this role is to support and maintain securitisation businesses across the transaction lifecycle. This will include SPV (Special Purpose Vehicle) management, credit administration, operational oversight, management and regulatory reporting, administration and compliance support as well as coordination with internal and external stakeholders including customers, paying agents, marketers and back office. This position will require not only to support senior members, but also to deliver own tasks independently, which would contribute to the continued growth of our securitisaiton business in APAC. Key Responsibilities Transaction Administration & Operations Execute and administer structured finance, securitization, syndicated loan and capital markets transactions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance with transaction documentation. Prepare and process loan disbursements, loan rollovers, securities issuances, repayments and derivative settlements. Issue transaction notices to investors, lenders, trustees, agents and other stakeholders relating to drawdowns, issuances, payments, rollovers and corporate actions. Monitor transaction timelines and ensure all operational obligations and deadlines are met. Maintain and update operational procedures and transaction-related records. Deal Execution & Credit Administration Support transaction execution and closing activities through the review of transaction documents and verification of approved credit terms and conditions. Coordinate with Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office and external counterparties to facilitate transaction execution and ongoing administration. Prepare and maintain control cards, operational checklists and due-date tracking mechanisms for credit administration and transaction monitoring. Monitor conditions precedent, covenants and other transaction obligations to ensure timely compliance. Documentation & Record Management Maintain accurate and complete records of transaction documents, legal agreements, conditions precedent and other critical documentation. Ensure proper safekeeping, filing and maintenance of documentation in accordance with internal policies, audit standards and regulatory requirements. Manage document custody and facilitate document retrieval for operational, audit and regulatory purposes. Risk Management & Compliance Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements, internal policies, procedures and risk management frameworks. Prepare and submit accurate operational, risk and regulatory reports on a timely basis. Support compliance monitoring, internal audits, regulatory reviews and governance requirements. Identify, escalate and resolve operational, compliance and transaction-related issues promptly. Maintain effective controls to mitigate operational and regulatory risks. Reporting & Stakeholder Management Prepare regular and ad hoc management, regulatory, compliance and risk reports. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including clients, investors, lenders, trustees, agents and service providers on transaction-related matters. Coordinate effectively with regional and overseas offices to support transaction administration and operational activities. Deliver high-quality service to clients and stakeholders while promoting collaboration and teamwork across the organization. Business Support Support Relationship Managers and Marketing teams in executing transactions and achieving business objectives. Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and control effectiveness. Undertake additional projects and responsibilities assigned by management. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related discipline. Proficiency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in agency services, trustee operations, middle office, loan administration, settlements or transaction banking within a commercial or investment bank. Experience in structured finance, securitization, syndicated loans or capital markets operations would be advantageous. Exposure to transaction documentation, credit administration and operational processing within a banking environment is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Familiarity with Bloomberg and other financial market systems would be an advantage. Understanding of loan operations, settlement processes, agency functions and transaction workflows. Knowledge of regulatory requirements, compliance standards and operational risk controls within the banking industry. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality. Ability to interpret transaction documents, policies and procedures effectively. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills. Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities. Effective team player with the ability to collaborate across functions, departments and regions.
