Senior Banking Test Manager

Responsibilities Planning and managing the testing activities for the new Anti-Financial Crime (Netreveal) system, including the development of the overall test plan Coordinating testing activities across all teams and business areas involved in the Anti-Financial Crime processes Identifying, assessing and continuously monitoring testing risks Planning the required testing resources Defining the test schedule and appropriate test types Planning and coordinating the required test environments Coordinating both manual and automated testing activities Preparing test status reports and other testing-related documentation Monitoring and overseeing the management and resolution of defects identified during testing Requirements Several years of Test Management experience within the banking sector At least 5 years of experience as a Test Manager Experience in developing and executing test strategies for integrated banking systems Strong English language skills, both written and spoken Knowledge of software development methodologies Experience with Jira and test management tools Willingness to work from the office; after the onboarding period, 2 days of home office per week are currently possible Nice to have Experience in Anti-Financial Crime, e.g. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) or sanctions screening Experience working in a financial institution Experience in an Agile environment ISTQB certification Experience with Jira Xray Why we think you will love working here: With us you count as a person, our doors are always open.
